How To Submit Items Claimed
This video will guide you through the process of filling out a single claim form for multiple items. By following these steps, you can save time and avoid the hassle of submitting separate forms for each item. Let’s get started!
Order Fulfillment Schedule
It is your responsibility as a buyer to fill out the shopper's form on this website, this is the only way I have information on what you claimed and where to ship it. I will NOT process orders from my TikTok DM!
IMPORTANT: If you do not fill out a Shoppers Claim Form within 48 hours of the live shop you will be in jeopardy of forfeiture of your claimed item(s).
PLEASE be sure to enable your Cash App request to receive your shipping quote and if you paid through Zelle you will receive a text or TikTok DM
BELOW IS THE 5 to 7 BUSINESS DAY SCHEDULE (Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are NOT included)
● Shopping Claim forms that was submitted Dec. 14th - Dec. 16th (Will be processed between Dec. 23rd -24th)
● Shopping Claim forms that was submitted Dec. 17th - Dec. 20th (Will be processed between Dec. 27th -29th)

If you have not received a shipping quote by the dates indicated; FIRST, check to make sure you submitted a shoppers claim form (if not, please fill out a form) before contacting me! When corresponding with me please provide your first & last name as well as the form number you received after submitting your claim form. You should have received your form number in a confirmation email.

● PAYMENT
Payment must be made immediately after claiming. If payment is not confirmed before checkout, your claimed item(s) will NOT be purchased!
Payment options are:
(CA) CashApp: $treasurefinds4u
(ZE) Zelle: info@eclatz.com
If you choose to pay with CashApp there is a 2.9% transaction fee (this was added to your quoted amount on the live shopping). There is NO transaction fee when paying with Zelle.
NOTE: Sales tax in California ranges from (7.75% - 10.25%) so, depending on the city & county I shop in the appropriate sales tax will be applied.
● FORMS
A website shoppers claim form must be submitted within 24 hours of live shop! At the discretion of Treasure Finds 4U ALL items that are unclaimed after 2 weeks may be returned to the store or sold. (Please see rules of forfeiture below)
● PROCESSING & SHIPPING
A shipping quote will be sent after your order has been packaged and weighed. (Usually within 5-7 business days). Once you have received your shipping quote, please pay it immediately. There is a grace period of (2) two days to send shipping payment, after which time it is to the discretion of Treasure Finds 4U if you will forfeit the claim of your item(s).
A tracking number will be provided via email (It will come from “Treasure Finds 4U”). You can also login to your account for updates and tracking information. It is your responsibility to check your email and to track your OWN delivery!
All of your Treasures are shipped from California.
● REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
NO REFUNDS (this includes FF and additional item fees).
There will be NO EXCHANGES after checkout. NO BUYERS REMORSE!!!
●FORFEITURE: Your item(s) will be forfeited after 1 week, no exceptions! You will not be refunded ANYTHING! (This means item price, tax, payment fees or Finder's Fee)
Please make 100% sure that you want the items you are claiming before sending payment.
