Payment, Forms, Shipping, Refund & Forfeiture
● PAYMENT
Payment must be made immediately after claiming. If payment is not confirmed before checkout, your claimed item(s) will NOT be purchased!
Payment options are:

(ZE) Zelle: info@eclatz.com

If you choose to pay with CashApp there is a 2.9% transaction fee (this was added to your quoted amount on the live shopping). There is NO transaction fee when paying with Zelle.
NOTE: Sales tax in California ranges from (7.75% - 10.25%) so, depending on the city & county I shop, the appropriate sales tax will be applied.
● FINDERS FEE
This fee is paid by the buyer to (Treasure Finds 4U), it is a fee for my services to (shop) purchase the item, package the item and ship it to you.
● FORMS
A website claim form must be submitted within 48 hours of live stream shop! At the discretion of Treasure Finds 4U - ALL items that are unclaimed after 1 week
may be returned to the store or sold. (Please see rules of forfeiture below)
● PROCESSING & SHIPPING
A shipping quote will be sent after your order has been packaged and weighed. (Usually within 5-7 business days). Please check the "Order Fulfillment Schedule" for a time frame of when to expect a shipping quote. Once you have received your shipping quote, please pay it immediately. There is a grace period of (2) two days to send shipping payment, after which time it is to the discretion of Treasure Finds 4U if you will forfeit the claim of your item(s).
A tracking number will be provided via email (It will come from “treasurefinds@my.com”. You can also login to your web account for updates and tracking information. It is your responsibility to check your email and to track your OWN delivery!
All of your Treasures are shipped from California.
● REFUNDS, EXCHANGES or RETURNS
NO REFUNDS (this includes FF and additional item fees).
There will be NO EXCHANGES after checkout.
NO BUYERS REMORSE!!! Please ask all questions necessary to make an informed decision before claiming and making a purchase.
RETURNS: Items you receive that you decide you don't like or want, doesn't fit or you thought was another color etc... I suggest you take them to your local retailer for return or exchanges, most retailers will give a store credit or gift card.
● FORFEITURE: Your item(s) will be forfeited after 1 week, no exceptions! You will not be refunded ANYTHING! (This means item price, tax, payment fees or Finder's Fee)
Please make 100% sure that you want the items you are claiming before sending payment.
