
Order Processing Information
NO ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED WITHOUT A FORM!
It is your responsibility to complete the web form for the items you claimed during the live shop. This is the only way I will have the necessary information to provide you with a shipping quote and ship your claimed items. Please note that shipping was not included in the price quoted during the live shop, as we cannot calculate the shipping cost without knowing the weight of your package and the destination.
When filling out the form, please use the claim number provided, be as descriptive as possible, and make sure to upload your screenshot(s). I will not accept TikTok DMs with personal shipping information. To ensure you don't lose the item(s) you claimed, please make sure to fill out your form within 2 days of the live shop.
The estimated time to process your order and provide a shipping quote is 5-7 business days (after your web form has been submitted) excluding weekends and holidays.
Note: It is important to submit your form as soon as possible so there is no delay in processing your order.

Estimate Your Shipping Quote Date
Please use the calendar to estimate when you can expect a shipping quote. Begin counting the blue days (business days) starting with the day you submitted your form. The 5th day would be the earliest to receive a shipping quote and the 7th day would be the latest.
Calendar days in red indicate weekends and/or holidays, these are excluded!
NOTE: If you submitted your form on a red day (weekend or holiday), start counting from the next business day (blue day).
