FORM INFORMATION

A website claim form must be submitted for me to process your claims and provided you with a shipping quote.

Claim forms are processed every Monday. Deadline to submit a form for processing is Sunday by 9:00 pm PST.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: During the time I am processing orders on Monday's the category section of the website will be temporarily inaccessible and will be accessible again on Tuesday's.

MISSED THE CLAIM FORM DEADLINE? If you did not submit your claim form by the Sunday deadline, you will be able to submit it when the category section reopens on Tuesday. Please keep in mind that your claim form is now considered LATE, and a $3.50 late holding fee per day will apply beginning Monday, in accordance with the updated policy. Click on the appropriate link below to view your shipping quote. Look for your TikTok username, form number or original method of payment to locate your shipping quote.

Packages are shipped every Wednesday for those who have paid their shipping by Wednesday 9:00 am PST. (i.e., 11:00 am CST and 12 noon EST). Shipping quotes paid after this time will ship at my convivence. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email you provided on your form.

STORE RECEIPTS

Although I am not obligated to provide gift receipts or store receipts, as a courtesy, I will upload available receipts if and when time permits. When returning an item to the store, please be sure to request a gift card/store credit or use the return toward an exchange.

IMPORTANT: I will not issue refunds for merchandise returned to a store when the refund is credited back to my original form of payment. Please make sure you communicate this to the store associate before your return is processed. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
