Form Information

A website claim form must be submitted within 48 hours (2 days) of live shopping stream! At the discretion of Treasure Finds 4U - ALL items that are unclaimed after 2 weeks (14 days) may be returned to the store or resold as an unclaimed item. (Please see forfeiture rules under "Shopping Terms & Conditions")

Claim forms are processed every Monday. Deadline to submit a form for processing is Monday by 12 noon PST. (If you miss this deadline your claim(s) will not process until the following Monday).

SHIPPING QUOTES

Claims are processed on Mondays. Shipping quotes are updated every Tuesday. Click on the appropriate link below to view your shipping quote. Look for your TikTok username, form number or original method of payment to locate your shipping quote. Packages are shipped every Wednesday for those who have paid their shipping by Wednesday 8:00 am PST. (i.e., 10:00 am CST and 11:00 am EST). Tracking numbers will be sent to the email you provided on your form.

STORE RECEIPTS

Although I am not obligated to provide gift receipts or store receipts, as a courtesy, I will upload available receipts if and when time permits. When returning an item to the store, please be sure to request a gift card/store credit or use the return toward an exchange.

IMPORTANT: I will not issue refunds for merchandise returned to a store when the refund is credited back to my original form of payment. Please make sure you communicate this to the store associate before your return is processed. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
